Working hard on the first of the university areas 'The Art of Photography' - have managed a fair amount of reading and the first project. It's going to be hard work - but is also fascinating. I am struggling somewhat with the concepts of 'ART' photography as much of it seems the total opposite to me.

 we managed an evening walk down along the path at Limekilns, it was a very short walk as the wind was biting and the sun rapidly going down - but it was lovely to get outside after all the snow

these were 2 of only about 4 decent photos of the evening - partly because my eyes wre waterring so much in the wind that everything was blured

This picture was altered using fractalius and made into a dirthday card for my beloved husband.

Still snowing. We went on a walk along our local farm fields - I have taken mnay versions of these photos over the years but these are probably the most interesting

and the youngest has already started to plague me for more things, I've pointed out that that is what pocket money is for (with little success) . This time I will hold firm! She can't have watched, listened to or read everything yet - can she?
