I love our house - but it has a curse. Water. The roof leaked big time a week after we moved in (inspite of us having it well checked). The pipes above the kitchen leaked and ruined the roof. The shower has leaked into the walls (twice) and now the other half of the roof of the roof is causing problems. We have just had it redone and there is a leak again today, admittedly a small one - but the gremlins are out to get us!
We will win.
Plan:
1) get the roof fixed -again
2) get the hall repainted
3) get a bedroom repainted
4) fix the shower (again)
5) a whole new bathroom is the major plan for the future - but - do we dare?
